Positivity Challenge
Rick91's thread on 'Being a creep in the west' made me think of posting this.

THE 10 DAY POSITIVITY CHALLENGE

This challenge is not for the faint-hearted and is very fucking difficult! You are to go 10 consecutive days without entertaining a negative thought for longer than 2 minutes. That means no being angry, sad or scared. You must reframe all these emotions/ignore them or anything you can do to place a positive spin on things. Focus only on the PRESENT MOMENT. If a negative thought creeps into your mind for longer than two minutes then you fail the challenge and have to start all over again.

What this challenge does:
-Helps you realise all the negative thoughts that get jammed up in your headspace and how pointless they are.
-Eventually your mental state should shift into a more positive mindset
-Change your life for the better

You should then notice the positive affect this has on interactions.

ANYBODY can do this challenge. It doesn't matter if you are already a god in pickup or a complete introvert.

So do you choose to accept the challenge and allow yourself to be happy? Of course you fucking will.

RE: Positivity Challenge
I'm a positive person normally, but I like the sound of this anyway.

It could help stop some of the forum bickering.

Haha yeh thats possible, I will be starting it again very soon, last time I did it I lasted 7 days. It really is tough.

Anyone who attempts it feel free to post your thoughts in here.
