RoomOrama VS. AirBNB
Anyone here have experience with Roomorama to let us know if they are reputable like AirBNB? If so, can you do a comparison?

RE: RoomOrama VS. AirBNB
I used AirBnb for the first time in Baku and had a great experience. Central location, massive fully serviced apartment, WIFI, cheap. It was awesome!

Depending on the city, I've heard Roomorama is actually better in some cases (often offering more options, too), but I can't speak from first hand experience.

I'd say just do a search on both lad, I've used airbnb predominantly with what I like being you can contact the owners with offers lower than they post (most of the time they agree and haggle Big Grin)

Yeah its like a German rip off version of Airbnb. Worth a look though to compare with the other 2.

Seems like the prices are a bit much on Airbnb, atleast in regards to Colombia.

I will be needing to get an apartment in Killa, Medellin, Bogota, and Cali for one month each.

I am only looking to spend 500 dollars on lodging a month (apartment or hotel)

All the prices im seeing are in the 800-1300 range for the month.

Seems like your better off letting your local friends find you a better deal.

^ I hit up a few on Badoo about this for Barranquilla and they are more than happy to help!

My problem is I am just fussy, haha I like my apartments a little more on the luxurious side to what they have found so far..

You will prob have to pay like 800-1800 bucks for anything luxurious.

I just need something clean in a good / safe location. With all the normal amenities of course.
