Do home work out systems really work?

You\ve likely seen it, everything from bowflex to body by jake which says it will give you abs in 4 minutes of workout a day or 10 minutes. I'm curios has anyone bought one and did it work?

Chances are it's more hype and marketing than anything else.

No, a nice body takes a lot of time commitment and discipline whether the workouts are done at home or in the gym. Can't ignore diet or anything like that either. You would be better off going to bodybuilding.com for more information but there are no shortcuts to a nicer body.

Never heard of it. Use common sense and decide whether you think it will work or not. Does it involve doing something that can make you ripped or does it just hype the shit out of it and tell you that you can sit at home all day doing nothing and end up ripped? If it's the latter it probably doesn't work.
